How the purchase usually runs

- 30-day evaluation as acceptance testing. Structure the evaluation as your acceptance test: CaseLead deploys on the agreed hardware, runs on a case you choose, and the purchase completes only if it validates. You keep the validation report either way.
- Purchase order & deployment. One annual line item. We work within your procurement process — quotes, W-9, vendor registration, insurance certificates, and RFP/RFI responses as your rules require.
Sole-source justification
If your review concludes CaseLead is the only product meeting your requirements, we will provide a sole-source justification letter documenting the characteristics agencies typically cite: evidence-grounded answers with source citations on every finding, fully air-gapped operation on agency-owned hardware inside the CJIS boundary, flat agency-wide licensing without per-seat or usage metering, and validated performance at 100,000-document case scale (methodology).
