CaseLeadWhat this website collects
- Contact form. If you submit the demo-request form we receive the name, work email, agency, and message you type. We use it to respond to your inquiry and for no other purpose. We do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for, and we do not sell or share this information.
- Server logs. Like effectively every website, our server records standard request logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp, user agent) for security and reliability. Logs are rotated and are not used for profiling.
What this website does not do
- No third-party analytics, no advertising trackers, no tracking cookies, no social-media pixels. The pages you are reading load no third-party scripts.
- No sale of personal information, to anyone, ever.
The live demo
The public demo at app.caselead.ai runs on de-identified sample data only. Demo sessions use standard authentication cookies to keep the session working; activity in the demo may be logged for capacity and abuse prevention. Do not put real case information into the public demo.
Agency case data
Case evidence processed by an agency deployment of CaseLead belongs to the agency and is governed by the deployment agreement and the agency's own policies. In air-gapped deployments, case data never reaches us at all — it stays on agency hardware inside the agency's boundary. We do not use customer case data to train models.
